The new library project at Minazi Mirefu Secondary School will significantly improve the learning environment for 1,700 students (898 girls and 810 boys). This will be the first well-equipped library at the school, providing essential learning resources that are crucial for the students’ academic and personal development.
To ensure the success of this project, we held a meeting with the education stakeholders from Kipawa ward. During this meeting, they gained insight on other programs managed by the Realizing Education for Development (READ TANZANIA) organization and understood the strategies and main goal for the establishment of the new library at the school.
The meeting was attended by 10 stakeholders, led by the Honorable Councilor of Kipawa ward, Mr. Aidan Kwezi. The stakeholders expressed their enthusiasm for the new library and committed to supporting the project at every stage that requires their involvement.
