The celebration of the Day of the African Child, organized by Realising Education for Development ( READ TANZANIA) in collaboration with the Tanzania Library Service Board (TLSB), involved a total of 54 students and 4 teachers from 3 secondary schools; Mugabe, Fahari, and Kiluvya.

The theme for this year’s commemoration was “Inclusive Education: Emphasizing Knowledge, Ethics, and Work Skills.”

During the event, held at the Tanzania Libray Service Board (TLSB) in Dar es Salaam, students had the opportunity to engage in various activities including Spelling Bee, Questions and Answers, Singing and Dancing. These activities were designed to enhance their knowledge, ethics, and work skills in their studies.
Fahari Secondary School emerged as the winner and
was awarded a trophy.
