STRENGTHENING LIBRARY MANAGEMENT THROUGH PEER LEARNING
Library teachers from seven schools gathered at Kiluvya Secondary School in Ubungo Municipal for a learning visit focused on sharing experiences in effective library usage and management. The session brought together 14 library teachers who exchanged practical ideas and approaches that support better library practices in their schools.

We appreciate the library teachers from Kiluvya for sharing practical insights and strategies on how they manage their library using cost-minimization approaches while maintaining good standards.

It was also encouraging to see how they have applied practices learned from previous seminars we conducted, reflecting the continued impact and sustainability of the teacher training program we implement.
