We successfully conducted a two-day training on Library Management, involving Ward Education Officers, Headteachers, and Library Teachers from seven public secondary schools in the Dar es Salaam region which are beneficiaries of libraries constructed by READ TANZANIA. The training was opened by the Guest of Honor, Mr. Voster Mgina, Secondary Education Officer for Ubungo Municipality.

This training aimed to build capacity in Library Management, sharing various experiences on library usage, identifying challenges faced by teachers in library management, strategies to address them, and exploring ways to encourage students to develop a habit of using the libraries and enhance their capacity of reading books.
