Authors and Book Publishers Meeting at the Tanzania Library Service Board (TLSB)
On January 15, 2025, we participated in a key meeting of authors and book publishers at Tanzania Library Service Board (TLSB) conference hall in Dar es Salaam. Meeting focused on the legal deposit law within the national online library and explored strategies to strengthen the local publishing industry. Discussions emphasized the importance of procuring locally authored books to promote indigenous literature, support local writers, and enhance access to diverse knowledge resources.
