We held a Board meeting to review the 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, which will guide our work over the next five years.

The development of this plan was supported by consultant Issack Kitururu from Jidi Tanzania . It focuses on four key focus areas: strengthening school learning environments, enhancing teacher capacity and school leadership, advancing digital learning and inclusion, and strengthening organisational systems and partnerships.

The plan also aligns with the national development plan and priorities in the education sector, ensuring our work continues to support the growth and improvement of education.
